Client reflections

In their words

For the first time in twenty years I can feel my own body without bracing. The work was slow, and it was the only thing that ever held.
Client, 3 years of care
Pallavi never rushed me toward a breakthrough. She built the floor first, and then the room felt safe enough to open.
Client, EMDR intensive
As a therapist myself, her consultation reshaped how I sit with complex trauma. Precise, generous, deeply human.

Questions, Answered

Do you take insurance?

The practice is self-pay, which keeps your care free of diagnosis requirements and session limits. Monthly superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

How long does trauma work take?

Complex trauma is relational and layered. Most clients settle into six to eighteen months of consistent work, with clear checkpoints along the way.

Is telehealth as effective as in person?

For most clients, yes — including EMDR. We offer secure video across Arizona and reserve in-person time for those who need the shared room.

What happens in the first session?

No deep diving. We map your history gently, name your goals, and build the resources that make later processing safe.

Do you offer evening appointments?

A limited number of early-morning and evening slots are held each week for working professionals.
